The house is situated above the hamlet of Le Port, 5 minutes drive from the village of Vieillevie , 5 miles west of the medieval village of Entraygues in the Aveyron department. This area is the most beautiful stretch of the Lot Valley unspoiled by tourism, the region offers the mountains, gorges and valleys of the southern tip of the Cantal and Aveyron departments.
Currently my wife and I rent part of the property as a Gite in the summer season, but have in the past run B&B with a good income. There is a small workshop for any craft enterprise.
